What you will do:

• Lead key quality activities (APQP, FAI, inspections, documentation).

• Coordinate and plan quality tasks across the full project lifecycle.

• Act as the link between Manufacturing and Design Engineering.

• Prepare and approve technical documentation (test instructions, routings, SOIs).

• Support continuous improvement and represent Quality in cross‑functional teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Composites, Manufacturing or related field

• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Plastics/Composites or Quality

• English B2+

• German knowledge is a strong plus

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
