What you will do:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace and safety-critical systems.

• Support production activities and ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

• Analyze and improve production workflows to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Define manufacturing methods, tools and procedures for assembly and production.

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and industrial standards.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to improve manufacturing performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant hands-on experience in manufacturing, production or industrial processes

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• German C1 (will be a plus)

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
