What you will do

• Creation, review and harmonization of material and process specifications

• Definition of material selection lists based on program requirements

• Planning, coordination and execution of material, process or part qualification campaigns

• Support to engineering and manufacturing teams on materials, processes and production technologies

• Contribution to supplier audits, quality escapes and obsolescence management

• Support to national and international R&T projects

• Deliver material solutions (data, reports, compliance documents) to other airframe disciplines

• Documentation, reporting and technical follow‑up of all M&P activities.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar

• Experience working with metallic materials and/or composites

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (bonding, machining, forming, surface treatments…)

• Familiarity with qualification tests, laboratory environments or M&P workflows

• Ability to interpret drawings, standards and material specifications

• Hands‑on mindset and interest in industrial processes

• C1 English – mandatory

• German C1 – a strong plus

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country
