What you will do:

• Develop the system architecture for complex optronic and mechatronic products.

• Coordinate interdisciplinary system activities, requirements, and specifications across sites.

• Manage system breakdown, testing definition, qualification supervision, and development reviews.

• Lead technical coordination with internal/external partners, prototype/testing support, and production ramp‑up.

• Contribute to offer evaluation, cost/performance optimization, and process standardization.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Physics, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant hands-on experience in DOORS, system architecture modeling, and interdisciplinary system integration.

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• C1 German Level – desirable.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
