What you will do

• Optimize cabin assembly and manufacturing processes across multiple plants.

• Define production concepts, tools, and implementation procedures.

• Translate engineering specifications into production documentation and work orders.

• Support production teams and resolve manufacturing issues with quality, design, and logistics.

• Document and analyze processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Advise design teams on manufacturability and construction documentation.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

• Experience in manufacturing processes, industrialization, production engineering or similar roles

• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing environments (Airbus experience is a strong plus)

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and familiarity with continuous improvement / lean manufacturing

• C1 English (mandatory)

• German C1 (a plus)

• Applicants must hold EU citizenship.
