What you will do

• Maintain and modify space and user data in the room database (Planon), including drawing furnishing layouts and occupancy plans.

• Plan and execute removals and minor conversions, ensuring compliance with building use and fire protection requirements, and reviewing usage changes.

• Coordinate and supervise external vendors on-site, including service acceptance and invoice verification.

• Determine KPIs and create various reports related to space management and facility operations.

• Process orders and messages in SAP and Planon.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant hands-on experience in Project Management, SAP, AutoCad

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• C1 German Level – will be a plus.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
