Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Export Control Clerk to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What you will do

• Support for end-user declarations (excluding tenders/sensitive checks) and participation in asset retention/release (MDN, client orders)

• Responsible for legal updates of German regulations and operational reviews for secure hiring

• Participation in the "Secure Hiring" process and management of export licenses, depreciation, and provisions

• Responsible for renewal of expiring licenses and general approvals (automated SAP approvals)

• Possible SAP key user participation, plus export control licenses for individual spare parts/processes (AWG)

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in Export Control & Licensing

• C1 English Level – mandatory

• C1 English Level – will be a plus

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
