📍 Locations include München, Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What you will do

• Optimization, analysis, evaluation and improvement of departmental processes

• Further development of internal lean methods in cooperation with production management

• Training employees on lean methods and tools

• Creation and further development of training materials

• Organisation, management and follow-up of workshops

• Management of smaller sub-projects

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in Change management, KAIZEN

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• C1 German Level – will be a plus.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
