What you will do

• Design and implement IAM architectures and security solutions within national and international projects

• Operate and maintain IAM systems, including:

  • Monitoring

  • Incident and problem management

  • Change management

  • Backup and recovery

• Work with Microsoft Identity technologies:

  • Active Directory / Azure AD

  • Identity Federation (SSO, OAuth, OIDC, SAML)

  • Privileged Access Management (PAM / FAM)

• Maintain and update technical documentation, architectures and processes

• Act as a technical advisor on IAM technologies and best practices

• Identify improvement opportunities and optimize IAM processes, architectures and solutions

• Monitor technology trends and support adoption across teams

• Collaborate with security, infrastructure and development teams

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.

• Relevant hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• C1 German Level – will be a plus.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
