Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for MRO Production Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include München, Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What you will do

• Support aircraft maintenance, repair and production activities (MRO environment)

• Analyse and review system issues detected during manufacturing or maintenance processes

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis in aircraft systems

• Support system integration and validation activities in production and maintenance environments

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and operational procedures

• Coordinate with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering and supply chain teams

• Analyse operational data and report technical issues, including error tracking and resolution follow-up

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in MRO, airworthiness, or design support roles within the aerospace industry

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• C1 German Level – will be a plus.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
