📍 Locations include Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What you will do

• Bridge current operations with future standardized processes and drive efficiency improvements.

• Translate business needs into clear project roadmaps with defined priorities.

• Lead transformation and harmonization initiatives (incl. SAP) across multiple functions.

• Deliver impactful improvement projects on time, within scope and budget.

• Manage cross‑functional teams, governance, risks and stakeholders.

• Support data‑driven decisions through KPIs, dashboards and performance tracking.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s/Diploma in Business, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Engineering or a related field.

• Relevant hands-on experience in process transformation, project delivery, stakeholder management

• C1 English Level – mandatory.

• C1 German Level – will be a plus.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
