What you will do

• Software delivery & upgrades implementation

• Infrastructure uptime aligned with OLA/SLAs

• System performance monitoring via SLAs

• Product updates & lifecycle communication to IT PM

• Execution of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, config, event)

• Error analysis & troubleshooting, ensuring service continuity & escalation

• Backup monitoring & disaster recovery testing

• Continuous improvement of reliability, efficiency & availability

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in IT systems operations

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
