What you will do

• Manage construction and refurbishment projects from requirements definition through completion and handover to users

• Coordinate all project stakeholders, including authorities, users, internal departments, external planners, project managers and construction companies

• Assess user requirements, align them with the company’s strategic objectives and define clear project goals

• Independently plan, implement and financially control construction projects

• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, decision documents and project status reports

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal requirements and occupational health and safety regulations

• Prepare and technically negotiate contracts, monitor purchase orders and follow up on contract execution

• Assume cross-trade responsibility for new construction and conversion projects

• Collaborate with multifunctional and international teams, including purchasing and production departments

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.

• Relevant professional experience in construction project management, building construction, refurbishment or industrial facilities.

• Knowledge of contract management, procurement processes and contractor coordination

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – desirable.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
