What you will do

• Support the implementation and promotion of occupational health and safety standards.

• Coordinate activities related to contractors and external companies on site.

• Support incident, accident and risk reporting activities.

• Assist with safety investigations, inspections, audits and safety meetings.

• Promote safe behaviours and a strong safety culture across teams.

• Participate in safety campaigns and risk assessment activities.

• Act as an interface between employees, supervisors and safety stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Previous experience in Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, EHS, HSE or Risk Prevention.

• Knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigation and safety management processes.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments.

• Experience in aerospace, defence, manufacturing or highly regulated industries is a plus.

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
