What you will do

• Advise employees and managers on HR matters and processes.

• Manage HR administration (contracts, amendments, onboarding, salary and time-related matters).

• Prepare HR data, metrics and management reports using HR systems.

• Support HRBP-led initiatives (bonus cycles, talent reviews, graduate placements).

• Coordinate Early Careers programs, from recruitment to offboarding.

• Maintain strong employee and social partner relations.

• Contribute to HR projects and drive process digitalization and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in human resourcesor a related technical field.

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships, university projects, laboratory work, or hands-on academic experience will also be considered.

• English level B2/C1 (mandatory).

• German level B1/B2 (mandatory).

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
