What you will do

• Support program and contract management activities for NH90 helicopter maintenance programs.

• Monitor costs, risks, opportunities, claims, and project performance.

• Manage customer requests, issues, and contractual deviations through established tracking processes.

• Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and follow up on improvement actions.

• Coordinate and support complex helicopter upgrade activities with cross-functional teams.

• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals and customer offers.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience in program management, contract management, or project support, preferably in aerospace or defense.

• Knowledge of cost controlling, risk management, and performance reporting.

• Experience working with customers, contracts, and claims management processes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex technical environment.

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – desirable.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
