What you will do

• Process Optimization & Industrialization: Support efficient manufacturing processes during the prototype phase, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets.

• Work Preparation: Create and maintain work plans, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.

• Production Readiness: Ensure material availability before production start.

• Lean Manufacturing: Implement Lean/Poka-Yoke initiatives and drive continuous process improvement.

• Engineering Interface: Collaborate with Design and Production teams to ensure manufacturability.

• Data Management: Maintain master data, technical specifications, and production records.

What we’re looking for:

• Technical studies in Aircraft mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Electrical Engineering/Electronics or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in Manufacturing / Production

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B2/C1 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
