Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for Corporate Health Coordinator / Internal Consultant (m/f/d) to join our on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

What you will do

• Participate in projects and working groups focused on the development of Occupational and Corporate Health Management.

• Coordinate external health service providers and partners, including supplier reviews and invoice control.

• Advise managers and employees on occupational health management and prevention topics.

• Design, plan and implement cross-site health promotion programs and initiatives.

• Analyse health-related data and KPIs and derive recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Organise and coordinate workshops, training sessions and information events related to health and wellbeing.

• Support internal health communication initiatives.

• Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of implemented measures.

• Support supplier management, project coordination and risk management activities.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders and departments across the organisation.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Health Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, Sociology or a related field.

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within healthcare, occupational/corporate health, project management, procurement or supplier management.

• Experience in Project Management and coordination of external suppliers/service providers.

• Previous experience in a large corporate environment is considered an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of Risk Management and/or budget management is considered an advantage.

• Strong communication skills, autonomy and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different organisational levels.

• Fluent/negotiation-level German – mandatory.

• Fluent/negotiation-level English – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
