What you will do

• Interface con Desarrollo (PMTD): coordinación con equipos de desarrollo y despliegue para garantizar entregas On Quality, On Time & On Cost.

• Gestión E2E de Despliegue: liderazgo del proceso completo desde la demanda hasta el feedback, asegurando una implementación consistente de soluciones.

• Planificación y Gobernanza: gestión del Training Plan, previsiones, cumplimiento normativo y alineación con procesos, estándares y requisitos de seguridad.

• Formación y Enablement: definición de Training Paths, categorización de formaciones (Mandatory/Optional/Enabler) y coordinación de sesiones de formación end-to-end.

• Comunicación, Reporting y Stakeholders: seguimiento de KPIs, reporting en herramientas de planificación, gestión de comunicaciones y colaboración con equipos multifuncionales.

• Lean & Continuous Improvement: análisis de procesos, identificación de desperdicios, facilitación de workshops, gestión de proyectos de mejora continua y formación/coaching en metodologías Lean.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Informatics or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in Project Management

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B1/B2 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
