What you will do

• Provide guidance on all Ethics & Compliance (E&C) matters within Procurement.

• Support the E&C Representatives (ECR) community across Procurement.

• Assist in identifying and resolving compliance issues in Airbus Procurement.

• Collaborate with Legal teams across all Airbus divisions.

• Support compliance investigations related to Open Line alerts.

• Deliver and support awareness sessions, training, and workshops on E&C topics worldwide.

• Help implement and monitor compliance controls within Procurement.

• Support or lead E&C improvement projects aligned with Procurement objectives.

• Contribute to KPI reporting and compliance monitoring.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Law, Purchasing or a related field

• Relevant hands-on experience in Change Management

• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.

• B2/C1 German Level – mandatory.

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
