Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for HR Business Partners to join our on-site teams in Germany and support long-term projects with Airbus.

📍 Locations: Finkenwerder,
⏰ Working hours: 35 hours per week
💰 Salary: €57,000 to €69,000 gross per year, plus additional benefits and collective agreement payments
📄 Contract: Permanent German employment contract

What you will do

• HR Business Partnering: Design and implement HR solutions with business teams.

• Leadership & Coaching: Support managers and employee development.

• HR Processes: Drive the Annual HR Cycle and key HR initiatives.

• Compensation & Labour Law: Advise on compensation and employment matters.

• Culture & Talent: Enhance the employee experience and support recruitment.

• Works Council: Foster strong employee relations and sustainable solutions.

What we are looking for

• Degree in Law, Psychology or a related technical field

• Experience in HR Business Partnering, Leadership Coaching, Employee Relations

• English B2/C1, mandatory

• German B2/C1, mandatory

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country
